TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. First come first served basis.
2. You are not allowed to change your orders or back out your orders once full payment is made.
3. Goods sold are not refundable/ exchangeable/ returnable
4. All prices shown are not included with postal fees. It will be calculated individually once buyer has comfirm in purchasing the products.

Payment:

1. Payment method: Cash transfer / cash deposit [Maybank]
2. Payment must be made within 3 days after confirmation, if not your order will be cancelled.
3. Once you have made your payment, kindly email/notify us the bank transaction on the same day and we will check on your payment.
4. We will proceed with the delivery every Monday after your payment.
5. We will notify you through email once your order is being sent out. Do drop us an email once you have received your goods.

1. Pos Ekpres / Pos laju / COD

2. COD only available at ss15 and Klang Parade.

Delivery Charges & fees

1. Free delivery for self collection

2. Charges depend on items & weight.

3. Pos Laju: (All prices are for parcels below 500gm)

• Peninsular Malaysia: RM6
• East Malaysia: RM8

4. Pos Ekpres

• 1-5pcs : RM3
• 6- 10pcs : RM5

5. For more than 10pcs (above 500gm), delivery fees will be advised.
